At least 11 people in a coal miners’ vehicle were killed and 6 injured when an explosive device previously planted on a road in Harnai in Pakistan’s Balochistan province detonated.
No one has yet claimed responsibility for the attack.
Mineral-rich Balochistan, which borders Iran and Afghanistan, frequently becomes the scene of uprisings by separatist ethnic Baloch groups.
