Powerful winds reaching speeds of up to 146 kilometers per hour and heavy rainfall in the Australian state of Victoria have brought life to a standstill. The Victoria State Emergency Service announced that a total of 4,300 calls for help have been made since last night, over 1,100 of which were about building damage and 2,800 about fallen trees.
