Sivas Cumhuriyet University’s Application and Research Farm, launched two years ago with university foundation and philanthropic support, focuses on studying and enhancing the productivity traits of Kangal Akkaraman sheep, a unique breed in Sivas. The farm not only provides practical training for veterinary medicine students but also generates income for scholarships. Recently, the sheep used for academic purposes gave birth to lambs, creating heartwarming scenes as they reunited with their mothers after separation. Drone footage captured these touching moments, bringing joy to observers’ faces.
