A ship appointed within a July 22th 2022 dated agreement signed by Turkey, Russian Federation, Ukraine and United Nations to prevent grain famine has arrived İskenderun, Turkey. The Liberian flagged ship,“Arizona” is expected to unload 48.458 tons of corn to a dock in the city.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan hosted Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and Libyan Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh at the Dolmabahçe Office in Istanbul. The summit, which has now concluded, focused on energy cooperation in the Mediterranean, the situation in Gaza, and combating irregular migration. A joint media statement is expected to follow.
