A bomb exploded close to a passenger bus traveling between the cities of Nushki and Dalbandin in Pakistan, killing 6 people and injuring 14 people, 2 of whom seriously.
The separatist Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) hijacked a passenger train in the Bolan district of Balochistan province of Pakistan on Tuesday, killing 31 people, including 23 soldiers, 5 civilians and 3 railway workers.
Hundreds of thousands of Iranians took to the streets after Friday prayers to protest Israel’s recent attacks on the country. The largest gatherings occurred in the capital, Tehran, where demonstrators marched following prayers at Tehran University.
High-ranking officials, including Iran’s Constitutional Court head Gholam Hossein Mohseni Ejei and former IRGC commander Major General Mohammad Ali Jafari, joined the protest. Participants waved Iranian, Palestinian, and resistance group flags, and trampled on Israeli and US flags laid on the ground.
Protesters held banners reading “Down with Israel”, “Down with the US”, and “The Zionist regime will be destroyed”, while chanting slogans such as “We stand behind our leader”, “Everyone who clashed with Khamenei will eventually be destroyed”, and “Our right to nuclear weapons”.
