Mount Olympus, one of the important centers of winter and ski tourism in Türkiye, welcomed many ski lover guests with the beginning of the weekend.
It was reported that the snow thickness exceeded 2 meters in places at the summit, where the air temperature was measured at minus 15 degrees below zero.
“We came from Diyarbakır, there is not that much snow there. Winter is harsh in Diyarbakır too, but Olympus is really different. We are very cold, but we are having fun here,” said a visitor named Şevket Turan.
