The Syrian National Army (SNA) celebrated the liberation of Tel Rifaat from PKK/YPG control by distributing a “victory” meal to residents.
Following the success of Operation Freedom Dawn, residents of Tel Rifaat regained freedom after eight years. Mohamed Hafez of the SNA stated, “Thank God, we brought civilization to Tel Rifaat and will establish order in Syria.” Hussein added, “We are happy; Tel Rifaat is now clean and safe.” The SNA continues its efforts to restore peace and assist locals in the region.
