Heavy snowfall covered the high parts of Kartepe district of Kocaeli province, Türkiye, with an altitude of 1640 meters, in white, forming a dazzling view.
Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality and Kartepe Municipality took precautions to prevent disruptions in transportation.
