Heavy snowfall covered the southern city of Prizren after days of intense rainfall caused flooding across parts of Kosovo. Temperatures dropped to minus 8 degrees Celsius, creating winter scenes in the city as snow followed overnight. Authorities said snowfall is expected to continue for three days. The main highway linking Prizren to the capital Pristina has been cleared, with efforts ongoing to ensure safe travel.
