Two stolen Salvador Dali artworks, “Les sardanes de la festa major” and “Els pagesos,” created in 1922 when the great Spanish artist was just 18 years old, have been retrieved by the Catalan regional police.
Three men aged 50, 53 and 55 were arrested on the charge of stealing the artworks, valued 300,000 euros, and the drawings were returned to their owner.
