A 30-year-old Spanish tourist was stabbed with a “sharp object” at the Holocaust Memorial in Berlin, Germany, at around 18:00 local time yesterday.
About 3 hours after the incident, the suspect, another male in his late 20s with blood on his hands, reportedly approached the officers at the crime scene to surrender.
