Heavy rain and storms killed at least 2 people in California, USA. Flooding inundated settlements and agricultural lands, while trees uprooted by the storm fell on roadways. Many buildings had their roofs blown off, and at least 17 structures sustained damage. A tornado, which broke out in Montebello, Los Angeles, threw pieces of debris around.
According to PowerOutage.US, the storm cut off power to over 250,000 individuals across the state.
