NASA astronauts Suni Williams and Butch Wilmore, who were stranded on the International Space Station (ISS) for approximately 9 months due to a malfunction in the Boeing Starliner spacecraft, successfully returned to Earth yesterday at 15:57 local time with the SpaceX Dragon spacecraft.
Williams and Wilmore, who went to the ISS for an 8-day mission last June, were unable to return to Earth due to a malfunction in the Boeing Starliner spacecraft and were stranded on the ISS. US President Donald Trump, on the other hand, blamed the Joe Biden administration for the incident and asked for Elon Musk’s help for the rescue operation.
