A cat trapped in an outdoor billboard in Turkey’s Tokat was rescued by the firefighters. People noticed the cat that climbed to the top of a 15-meter billboard sign belonging to a factory in the area, and notified the authorities about the situation. The local firefighters arrived the scene upon the notice of the citizens. The teams climbed up to the advertising sign and rescued the cat. The cat was released to its natural habitat.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said peace talks between Russia and Ukraine have been suspended, noting that while communication channels remain open, “it would be more accurate to say there has been a pause.”
Peskov accused European countries of obstructing dialogue but insisted Moscow remains ready for negotiations.
Russia and Ukraine held three rounds of direct talks this year in Istanbul, leading to prisoner exchanges but little progress toward ending the war.
