As part of the “I Eat Healthy at My School” program initiated by the Türkiye’s Ministry of National Education, Osman Zeki Yücesan Primary School in Kayseri’s Kocasinan district has introduced an engaging cultural physics activity for its students. This initiative aims to infuse energy, cheerfulness, and fitness into students’ mornings.
Led by classroom teacher Şule Yüksel, students participate in dynamic movements accompanied by local folk songs before the start of classes, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. Teacher Yüksel highlighted the importance of this cultural physics activity in promoting healthier lifestyles and cultivating enthusiasm for learning among students. The daily initiative, conducted at school entrances or during lunch breaks, incorporates local music to captivate students’ attention and enhance motivation, fostering a positive school experience.
