A suicide car bomb attack on an army facility in the Bannu district of Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province killed 15 people, including 4 children, and injured 25 others, while damaging surrounding structures.
Two explosive-laden vehicles hit the facility’s wall and exploded and six terrorists tried to enter the facility and were neutralized after the explosion, explained authorities.
It is believed that the attack was carried out by the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), also known as the Pakistani Taliban.
