Antalya in southern Türkiye saw summer-like conditions in December as temperatures rose from 8°C at night to 24°C during the day. While much of the country faced cold and rainy weather, locals and visitors flocked to the beaches.
At Konyaaltı Beach, people sunbathed, swam, walked, and fished, with sea temperatures reaching 21°C. Snow-covered Beydağları mountains provided a striking backdrop to the unusually warm winter day.
