Inli Balıklı Lake in the Çay district of Afyonkarahisar, Türkiye home to nearly 30,000 carp, has revealed a breathtaking panorama with the onset of summer. Aerial drone footage has captured a picture-perfect landscape of the lake. Established in 2002, this 5,000 square meter artificial pond was created with water from the Selevir Dam in İnli village, 45 kilometers from the city center. Surrounded by willow trees, it forms a small oasis in the middle of the steppe, boasting walking paths for exercise. The lake’s most captivating sight is its approximately 30,000 carp – the largest weighing up to 10 kilograms – especially when they surface to feed on bread from visitors.
