Alexander G., leader of a Sweden-based drug gang sought with red notice by Interpol for drug trafficking, money laundering and doping crimes, was caught in Istanbul.
The 32-year-old convict, who was caught at a hotel in Beşiktaş with a fake ID issued under the name Aleksander Kawa, was sentenced to 11 years and 8 months of prison in 2022.
