Syria Declares SDF Positions Legitimate Targets in Aleppo

The Syrian army said positions held by the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafiyeh neighborhoods of Aleppo have become legitimate military targets, announcing a curfew and evacuation orders. Authorities said civilians were given time to leave via humanitarian corridors, with at least 850 people evacuated so far and shelters provided. The Health Ministry said SDF attacks on residential areas killed four civilians and injured 18 others. Security sources also reported a prison escape in an SDF-controlled district of Aleppo.
