A teacher at a police academy in Hermosillo, a city in Mexico, sprayed tear gas into the eyes of his students. According to footage captured by other students at the school and shared on social media, the teacher blasted gas in the eyes of certain kids from a very close distance while the students shouted and rubbed their eyes. While the kids were in pain, the teacher attempted to calm them down by saying, “Relax, don’t let anyone leave your place, and breathe through your mouth.”

The Sonora State Institute of High Public Safety stated that the teacher was immediately dismissed with the principle of zero tolerance for this irresponsible behavior, which is completely against the values of the institution.
