Thousands of people gathered in front of Elizabeth Tower in London for a minute’s silence for Queen Elizabeth II. A rainbow appeared in the London skies ahead of the event, causing people to applaud.
Traffic lights in Parliament Square were removed ahead of the funeral, which will be held tomorrow. US President Biden, Canadian PM Trudeau and French PM Macron will attend the funeral at Westminster Abbey Church. The Queen’s body will be later buried in St. George’s Chapel.
