Thousands of demonstrators took to the streets of Paris ahead of the third anniversary of the Russia-Ukraine war, voicing support for Ukraine and condemning Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Protesters gathered in Republique Square, marched to Bastille Square, and carried a 260-meter-long Ukrainian flag. Chants of “Killer Putin” echoed through the crowd.
The Russia-Ukraine war began on February 24, 2022, when Putin launched a “special military operation” in Ukraine.
