About 10,000 people marched in Bucharest, Romania, to protest alleged irregularities in the judicial system, chanting slogans such as “Justice, not corruption.”
Demonstrators called for reforms and voiced support for judges and prosecutors who criticize systemic abuses. Protesters said public trust in Romania’s judiciary has sharply declined, warning that confidence in the rule of law is being eroded.
