Three killed in the Ukrainian city of Okhtyrka

Russian forces hit residential areas and public services such as the gas pipeline in the city of Okhtyrka during the night, Sumi Governor Dmytro Zhyvytskyy said in a statement. A 13-year-old child and 2 women lost their lives in the attacks on civilian settlements, according to local sources.
