Three people died and three people wounded after the air strike by Israel on Syria flying over Lebanon. Syrian army stated that the Israeli warplanes flew over the middle and western parts of Lebanon. Their statement also includes that Israel also attacked Tartus and the suburs in the capital Damascus. The both attacks were carried out simultaneously and some of the missiles were destroyed in midair. The air strikes also caused Syria financial loss.

Syria Civil Rights Observatory stated that Israel is aiming Syria’s air defense base in Abu Afsa because the militia, supported by Iran, is usually located there.
