Having 67.7 million followers, Tom Holland said that social media is affecting his mental health negatively. “I have taken a break from social media for my mental health because I find Instagram and Twitter to be overstimulating, to be overwhelming. I get caught up and I spiral when I read things about me online and ultimately it’s very detrimental to my mental state.” said the famous Spider-Man actor.
Landslides triggered by heavy rain have killed 7 people and left at least 21 missing in southern China. In Guizhou province, 2 were confirmed dead and 19 are still unaccounted for in Qingyang village, where rescue efforts involving 400 personnel continue. Authorities issued alerts for nearby Hunan and Jiangxi provinces, warning of further landslide risks. Similar rainfall last week killed 7 in Guangdong and Guangxi.
