The construction of the Horadiz-Gabriel-Zengilan-Ağbend highway, located in the Zangezur Corridor that will connect Azerbaijan to Nakhchivan and Türkiye, and the Horadiz-Gabriel-Zengilan-Ağbend highway continues. The highway is of great importance in terms of strategic, economic, and international transportation, connecting Azerbaijan to the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. It was stated that 80 percent of the highway and 38 percent of the railway line have been completed, and the works are planned to be completed in 2024.
