A freight train collided with a pickup truck in Thailand’s Chachoengsao province, resulting in eight deaths and four injuries. The truck, transporting workers to a fish farm, failed to comply with a stop sign, leading to the crash. The surviving driver stated he saw the stop sign but didn’t see the oncoming train. One worker managed to escape by jumping from the vehicle before the collision. Authorities have launched an investigation.
