A tram derailed and crashed into a pole on Istanbul’s Kabataş-Baclar Tram Line. Four people were injured in the accident in which the windows of the tram were shattered, local officials stated. A large number of police, health and firefighters were dispatched to the scene.

Passengers walked on the rails after tram services were disrupted due to the accident.
