A man was trapped in his vehicle, which was buried by floodwaters under an underpass in the Haliliye district of Şanlıurfa. After about four hours, he managed to free himself and emerge from the vehicle. He was covered in mud and was then lifted up to the bridge with the help of a fire hose. He received first aid at the scene before being taken to the hospital.
