The new Presidential Complex in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), built in Lefkoşa at a cost of 4.5 billion liras, will open on May 3. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan is expected to attend the ceremony. Modeled after Türkiye’s Beştepe complex, the campus includes the Presidential Palace, Parliament, Prime Ministry, a national library, mosque, and sports facilities. The project was overseen by Housing Development Administration of the Republic of Türkiye (TOKİ).
