Tropical storm “Yagi”, which emerged in the Bicol region of the Philippines south of the capital Manila yesterday, caused flooding and landslides in various areas. Authorities said 11 people died in Antipolo, Naga and Cebu cities.
Meteorologists announced that the tropical storm was moving north of the country and warned the public to be careful.
