A hay-laden truck that turned into a fireball that broke out while travelling in Ankara caused panic. No one was killed or injured in the incident. The reason of fire is not yet known.
The Rainbow Hills in Oltu, Erzurum, are gaining popularity among nature and photography enthusiasts. Formed 45 million years ago, the hills reveal vibrant colors after rainfall and are being compared to similar formations in China.
Located in Tuzla, Yolboyu, Bahçecik, and Kaleboğazı neighborhoods, the hills are attracting more visitors each year. Local photographers use drones and cameras to capture the hills’ unique beauty, which officials hope to promote as a tourist destination.
