The report, citing four US intelligence sources, stated that Iran is not actively pursuing a nuclear weapon and would need at least three years to produce one capable of striking a target. It also noted that recent Israeli attacks may have only delayed Iran’s nuclear program by a few months. While damage was done to the Natanz facility, the Fordow site remained largely intact. Experts emphasized that significant damage to Fordow would require US military involvement.
