Azerbaijani and Turkish soldiers continue military exercises in Azerbaijan as part of the military cooperation agreement between the two countries. In the statement made by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan, it was emphasized that in the next phase of the exercise, which started on September 2, the special forces of the Azerbaijan and Turkish Naval Forces carried out tasks such as planning operations, neutralizing the representative enemy terrorist group and destroying their temporary bases.

Social media footage showed stairwells turning into waterfalls and passengers stranded in subway cars.
Floodwaters also disrupted traffic on Manhattan’s FDR Drive. Nearly 18 million people across the East Coast, including in Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, remain under flood warnings.
