A firefighting helicopter was sent to Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus to support the firefighting efforts in Beşparmak mountains of Alevkaya region, officials said.
“We requested a firefighting helicopter from Turkey to respond the fire that broke out in southern side of Beşparmak mountains nearby a military shooting range” said Cemil Karzaoğlu, country’s forest department director.
The Güzeldere Meanders, located along the Tatvan–Hizan district road in Bitlis, Türkiye, were captured from the air, showcasing stunning natural scenery. With the arrival of warmer weather, the region has turned vibrant green, creating postcard-worthy landscapes.
Drone footage highlights the meanders winding through agricultural fields, with lush vegetation surrounding the riverbeds, emphasizing the striking harmony between nature and terrain.
