Turkey detains 130 migrants after they cross eastern border illegally

Turkish gendarmeries detained 130 Afghan migrants that crossed the eastern Turkish border on a truck in Van. “130 illegal migrants from Afghanistan, who were found to have entered the country illegally, were caught on a truck. The migrants were handed over to the relevant institutions to be deported, and the truck driver was taken into custody” the governorate said.
