Turkey Women’s National Football Team beats Israeli Team

Turkey Women’s National Football Team defeated Israel 3-2 in the 5th match of the 2023 FIFA World Cup European Qualification Group H. Speaking at the press conference held after the match, Turkey National Team Coach Necla Güngör thanked the people of Mersin for their support. “We needed this morale after the defeat from Germany. Turkish women are really strong. As long as we support these girls, they will do much better things. I was once again proud of my team,” she said. The team will play against Serbia in February.
