The Yenice forest in Turkey’s Karabük district was blanketed in white. After three days of snow, the Ihlamur Teras – an observation terrace – built by the municipality and the bungalow houses, provided spectacular view. The Yenice forests are one of Turkey’s largest block forests and one of Europe’s top 100 forest hotspots.
