Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking Countries (Turkic Council) 10th Meeting of Ministers in Charge of Economy was held in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan. High-level officials from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Hungary attended the meeting. Memorandum of understanding on the sharing of knowledge and experience between various economic zones was signed between Turkish-speaking countries in the meeting. There will also be the Turkish Business Awards Ceremony and the Turkish Business Forum dedicated to the restoration of Azerbaijan’s liberated Karabakh region.

Lopez interrupted CEO Satya Nadella’s speech at a company conference in Seattle on May 19, accusing Microsoft of supporting Israeli war crimes. He was later dismissed via email, according to activist group “No Azure for Apartheid.”
The group also claimed Microsoft banned terms like “Palestine”, “Gaza”, and “genocide” from internal emails. Lopez had worked on Azure’s AI services team and previously warned colleagues about the technology’s alleged use in targeting civilians.
Microsoft has not publicly responded to the incident.
