The Organization of Turkic States adopted the 71-article Budapest Declaration at its informal summit in Hungary, attended by Türkiye’s President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and other Turkic leaders. The declaration outlines steps for deeper cooperation in trade, infrastructure, security, and green energy, and highlights support for the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) and a two-state solution for Palestine.
