Traditionally male-dominated, the furniture production sector showcases the achievements of these skilled women, who make a significant impact with their manual labor and work ethic.

Gülser Tabi, with nearly a year of experience, dismisses skepticism about women’s capabilities, emphasizing the importance of perseverance and self-confidence. Master craftsman Şengül Teker, a university graduate, highlights the initial challenges but stresses the fulfillment and equality in the workplace.
