Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu continues his contacts during his official visit to Palestine and Israel. Attending the Second Turkey-Palestine Joint Committee Meeting with Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyad al-Maliki, Çavuşoğlu was received in Ramallah by Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.
On the other hand, Minister Çavuşoğlu will hold bilateral and inter-delegation meetings with Israeli Foreign Minister Yair Lapid today. Also, within the framework of the meeting, views will be exchanged on regional and international issues as well as bilateral relations with Israel. The visit in question will be the first foreign ministerial visit from Turkey to Israel in 15 years.
