After arrival of the winter and snowfall lasting 2 days, severe colds are being effective in Elazığ. Elazığ Provincial Gendarmerie Command teams they didn’t forget the street animals on freezing cold weather. Like they stood by with the citizens who were stuck in the snowfall, the Gendarmerie teams warmed up the hearts by giving food and fresh water to the street animals which had difficulty in finding food, especially on cold winter days. While some of the Gendarmerie personnel fed the street animals with their bare hands despite the severe cold.
