The 27th Berlin Carnival of Cultures, held from June 6–9, celebrated the city’s rich multiculturalism with vibrant performances and food from around the world. Organized annually since 1995, the event drew thousands of visitors.

Around 350 stands in Blücherplatz offered international cuisine, while stages hosted live performances from diverse communities. This year, for the first time, a Turkish music and dance group joined the parade, showcasing traditional dances like halay and zeybek in folkloric costumes.

Over 60 groups performed along Frankfurter Allee, presenting cultural acts from samba to Chinese lion dances. The carnival highlights tolerance and diversity in Berlin, home to over 450,000 immigrants from more than 180 nations.
