Özkan Helvacıoğlu, residing in Tokat, Türkiye, had an unexpected surprise while shopping for tangerines at a local grocery store. As he filled his bag, he noticed something peculiar amidst the fruit—initially mistaking it for a leaf. Upon closer inspection, he realized it was a live chameleon. After a brief investigation, he took the chameleon home and began caring for it.

Sharing his experience, Helvacıoğlu mentioned, ‘I was at the store to pick up some fruit when I noticed it among the tangerines. I thought it was just a leaf at first. Seeing such a creature among the fruit was truly unusual. It was nestled among the tangerines.’
