Türkiye and the United States signed a Strategic Civil Nuclear Cooperation Memorandum of Understanding during the Erdoğan–Trump meeting at the White House. Energy Minister Alparslan Bayraktar said the deal marks a new stage in the deep-rooted partnership between the two countries in nuclear energy.
