The first batch of domestically produced Togg electric vehicles departed from Gebze by train to be delivered to their new owners in Germany. The train, loaded with T10X and T10F models, passed through the Marmaray Tunnel under the Istanbul Strait and exited Türkiye via the Kapıkule Border Gate, reaching Bulgaria early this morning.

The convoy will continue through Romania, Hungary, Slovenia, and the Czech Republic before arriving in Germany on October 14. Togg officials confirmed the shipment and said delivery dates will be announced soon. The Turkish-made cars are drawing strong interest in Europe for their advanced software, design, and Euro NCAP safety ratings, with 200 vehicles set for monthly delivery and exports expected to exceed 1,000 by the end of 2025.
