The Turkish Armed Forces have secured a remarkable victory at the “8th European Best Sniper Team Competition,” organized by the U.S. Army’s European and African Command in Germany. Held at the Hohenfels Training Center from August 4-12, 2024, the competition featured 36 teams from 19 countries, including the USA, France, Germany, and others.
Turkey was represented by teams from the Land Forces Command and the Special Forces Command, both of which excelled. The Land Forces Command team claimed 1st place, while the Special Forces Command team secured 2nd place, showcasing Turkey’s military prowess on the international stage.
